VdTÜV welcomes the communication on a “Digital Single Market Strategy for Europe” (COM(2015) 192) presented by the European Commission. The strategy has a very important impact on the economic position of Europe and its competitiveness. A unified and balanced digital Single Market is necessary in order to overcome the current fragmentation and to avoid unnecessary costs and achieve synergies between the activities of the different European member states.
